My standard rate for a 45-minute session is $250. I offer a fixed number of sliding scale spots for new clients; please contact me directly to inquire.
All sessions are virtual at this time.
Regarding insurance, I am an out-of-network provider. Many plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, Aetna, and Cigna, offer out-of-network coverage, which means that you can receive reimbursement for a portion of my fee, after meeting your deductible. If you have out-of-network coverage, I am happy to submit claims for you to ensure that you receive your reimbursement.
If you're not sure if you have out-of-network benefits, call your insurance company and ask them these questions:
Do I have out-of-network coverage for outpatient psychotherapy, 45-minute sessions (CPT Code 90834)?
What is my deductible? Has any of it been met yet?
What is my coinsurance? (This will be the percentage that your insurance company will pay after you meet your deductible)
